CANCELLATION POLICY (Language Program for Adult Learners)
If a class is cancelled by the Czech and Slovak Cultural Center (“Center”), a full refund will be given. Courses at the “Center” are non-refundable after the registration deadline (7 days or less before the class begins). 3.5% handling fee will be subtracted from the total price if the student cancels before the registration deadline . Private lessons cancelled by the student (including "no-shows") may be made up only if notice is given by the student by email to Center” czskschool@bohemianhall.com and cc the teacher. The student must send an email to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or by noon Friday for any classes scheduled on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. If student fails to cancel on time, full tuition must be paid for the missed class. Group and semi-private classes must be cancelled by all students enrolled in class. Cancellation by just one student (in semi-private or group classes) is not accepted and does not release that student from paying for missed class. Missed group or semi-private classes may only be made up if the same level is offered on another day and the class is not at full capacity. Once received by the student, books and other materials are the property of the student. Once distributed, the “Center” does not accept returns and makes no refund for such materials. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of written notification from the student.

Payment
